Steph and I were very very surprised to find out we were nominated for the Liebster award and we weren't nominated by one lovely blogger but three! . I think we both really didn't think anyone paid much attention to our blog so this is a brilliant surprise that we both are very grateful for. I'm sorry I've taken so long to write this up but I've been busy with school work. Make sure you check out the lovely girl's who nominated us.

Questions

As we had three different sets of questions we different sets of questions I took a few questions from each set.



1.What is your favourite high street cosmetic item

Maybelline Rocket mascara (Even though I haven't got one in my make up collection right now).
I like to have really big voluminous long lashes and this does the job perfectly.

2. Who is your favourite blogger and why?

 Zoe http://www.zoella.co.uk/  and Louise http://sprinkleofglitter.blogspot.co.uk/  simply because i've been reading their blogs for a long long time and every blog post gets me interested. 

3. Do you prefer S/S or A/W fashion and why?

 I like warm weather and wearing pastels and skirts but I adore Autumn winter fashion. I love layering clothes and I really don't like to be exposed so A/W fashion is perfect for me. Also my favourite colours are Maroon, Forest green and burgundy. They're winter colours so I can wear them in A/W.


4. Would you rather go out with a makeup look that focuses on eyes or lips?

Definitely eyes. I like to have the main attention on my eyes and bright lipstick doesn't really go well on me although I do indulge in Deep red to fire red lipsticks whenever I can.
5. What high end beauty product are you pining for at the moment?

The Nars blushes. Orgasm and Coeur Battant I don't know when I'd wear 
Coeur Battant but it is the most beautiful colour.

6. If you could only use one makeup brand for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Maybelline. I am a Maybelline girl, I love their foundation, BB creams, Mascara, Blush, EVERYTHING.


7. Favourite winter beverage?

This is so boring of me but I just love Tea and Hot chocolate. Starbucks hot chocolate is my favourite and you can get a really small one so if like me you can't finish a big one problem solved. Also I love the typical winter beverage Mulled wine.
 8. What is your dream job and why?

Something to do with fashion.
Fashion designer would be my dream but fashion editor or photographer would be amazing. 9. Heels or flats?

 Flats definitely I'm way too clumsy for heels. Vans/Converse in summer, Cute boots in winter. But at the moment i'm very tempted to buy some wedge trainers. If you don't know what they are they're a trainer with a concealed wedge and as I am not the tallest shoe in the box It would nice to gain an inch or two without breaking any bones. Not for everyone's tastes but I love them.

 
10. What's your favourite clothing store?

Urban outfitters and Topshop. They both sell the kind of Indie clothing I love.

11. What's your favourite film?

My favourite film changes all the time but at the moment it is Now Is Good. It's a really amazing film about a girl with cancer and It really reminded me of the fault in our stars but less sad. The movie isn't a soppy crying film it's about a girl with a bucket list who falls in love with a VERY attractive boy. I do cry every time at the end but still YOU NEED TO WATCH THIS FILM OKAY?

Mini Winter Primark Haul ❅

While i was in primark today i decided to do a mini winter haul even though it's not winter yet, i just really love cosy things.

Super Easy Hairstyles! ♡

(please excuse our weirdness)

Hairstyle 1: Messy bun

Flip your hair down

Group your hair together, as if you were to tie it in a pony tail                                                              

Twist the hair until it forms a bun shape, it doesn't have to be perfect

Bring the bun to the top of your hair and tie it with a hair band

Adjust the bun to how you like it, you may pull out strands of hair to give a more messy look



And ta-dah!

Hairstyle 2: High pony tail

Brush out any knots in your hair

Flip your hair down again

Group your hair together

Bring your hair up
















Tie it up with a hair band

(OPTIONAL) back comb your hair a little bit

Ta-dah! :)


















Hairstyle 3: half up, half down

mess up your hair a little bit (this may sound crazy)

part your hair how you usually have it, usually side parting looks best! grab a strand of hair (what a funny eye haha)

grab another strand of hair from the other side and put them together

Clip the two strands together and ta-dah (so easy)

From this hairstyle you can also make a bun, just twist all the hair and tie it up
